继TEAM_BLDG间筑设计作品 "空房间" 荣获2022年WAF&INSIDE设计大奖之后，事务所创始人肖磊受邀前往新加坡担任2023年世界建筑节（World Architecture Festival，简称WAF）大奖评审。

Due to the "VOID" designed by TEAM_BLDG won the WAF&INSIDE Design Award 2022, Xiao Lei who is the firm's founder is invited to Singapore as a Judge for the 2023 World Architecture Festival（WAF）.

世界建筑节大奖是全球建筑界规模最大、声望最高的奖项之一。它旨在表彰、鼓励和分享卓越建筑，这是世界各地建筑团体相聚并相互学习与分享的地方，也是唯一一个包含奖项、研讨会，媒体的全球性建筑盛会。

World Architecture Festival（WAF） is one of the world's largest and most prestigious award. It aims to recognize, encourage and share some excellence architecture, it is an opportunity for architectural communities from all over the world to meet and learn from each other, and it is the only global architectural event that includes awards, seminars and media.

11月29 - 12月1日，肖磊将在新加坡与全球建筑行业多位优秀设计师一起，依照WAF奖项宗旨及标准，对参赛作品进行审慎、专业的评审。

November 29 - December 1, together with a number of other outstanding designers in the architecture industry from around the world, Xiao Lei will conduct a careful and professional evaluation of the entries in strict accordance with the objectives and standards of the award.

同时，间筑作品 "梯院丨杭州青山青年社" 亦有幸在全球众多参赛作品中脱颖而出，入围了2023年WAF世界建筑节 "创造性再利用（Creative-Reuse）" 类别的最终角逐。

At the same time, among the many excellent entries from around the world, "TERRACED COURTYARD丨Hangzhou Qingshan Co.Space" has also been shortlisted for the Creative-Reuse Category of 2023 World Architecture Festival, and will make a live presentation in Singapore to compete for the final award.
