2023年11月，每两年如约而至的AD100榜单正式公布，TEAM_BLDG间筑设计有幸荣获 "AD100 2023中国年度优秀建筑师奖"，这也是间筑第二次获此殊荣。

In November 2023, the AD100 list, which held every two years was officially announced, TEAM_BLDG has been honored with the "AD100 2023 China Excellent Architect of the Year Award", this is also the second time that they won this honor.

AD100榜单由《安邸AD》主办，是Architectural Digest全球九个版本均会评选的重要榜单，在建筑设计界具有重大影响力，本届颁奖典礼已于2023年年末隆重举办。

AD100 list organized by AD, it is an important list selected by nine editions of Architectural Digest worldwide and has significant influence in the field of architectural design. This award ceremony has been held at the end of 2023.

针对此次大奖，精装书《AD100 BOOK》对间筑设计团队及作品 "梯院 - 杭州青山青年社" 进行了介绍。2021年，间筑接到来自杭州青山村的项目之邀，将已经废置数年的龙坞泉水厂改造成为青山青年社——容纳 "住宿、办公、展览、商店" 等功能，为去到青山村进行短期休假式办公、驻村创业，度假的人们提供了一处 "共享居住&共享办公" 的建筑。2023年夏天，青山青年社正式竣工，此次改造不仅解决了旧建筑的现有问题，更希望通过空间加深人与人，人与村庄之间的紧密联系，使新老村民都能参与其中，分享这座建筑。

For this award, the hardcover book titled AD100 BOOK introduced the team of TEAM_BLDG and their work "Terraced Courtyard - Hangzhou Qingshan Co.Space" . In 2021, Qingshan Village, which is located in Hangzhou, commissioned TEAM_BLDG to complete the renovation of the long-vacant Longwu Spring Water Plant into Qingshan Co.Space, which can accommodate"residence, office, exhibition, shops," and other functions. This project intends to construct a "Co.Living & Co.Working" building with areas that accommodate start-up businesses and temporary vacation-style jobs in the village. In the summer of 2023,Qingshan Co.Space is officially finished.In addition solved the building's current issues, this renovation project aims to strengthen the bond between residents and residents with the village by creating a shared place in which both the existing and new villagers may engage and share among each other.
